April 2009 Workshop

School TV Made Easy Workshops for Beginners

Learn How to Produce Professional 'Green Screened' Student Newscasts and Classroom Video Projects with Adobe's Visual Communicator Software!

Join Amherst Middle Technology Teacher and Adobe K-12 Education Leader Mr. Rob Zdrojewski for an inside look at how Amherst Middle School produces school newscasts and classroom video projects using Adobe Visual Communicator 3.  Participants will learn how to begin or improve school TV newscasts on any size budget, and create student video productions that have the professional look of network TV.  Any classroom can now be used as a professional 'green screen' recording studio, especially when using Rob's recommended Getting Started Package to begin your greenscreen TV studio in your classroom or office.

In addition to guided training, participants will receive Rob’s Training DVDs ($100 value) used by Visual Communicator users worldwide.  A workshop resource DVD containing training videos, project samples, worksheets and support materials is also provided.  Planned for each session are unique offers, discounts, and giveaways such as Adobe software.  Lunch and professional development certificates are included.  Join us for this informative two day workshop that Rob also presents nationally at conferences across the United States.

You’ll Learn How To:

•  Prepare a professional newscast in minutes, using included templates and wizards
•  Use graphics, titles, and backgrounds in your shows
•  Choose cameras & related equipment to fit your budget
•  Organize jobs and responsibilities for student TV crew members
•  Setup your camera, green screen and lighting for best results
•  Broadcast your show live or pre-record for later viewing
•  Upload videos to SchoolTube.com for safe, free moderated online sharing
•  Adjust teleprompter scripts for any reading level and more...
