Workshop Policies:

• Registrations and payments are confirmed via email.
• Due to limited space, payment is required in advance to reserve all spots.
• Registration is considered complete when payment is received. 
• Onsite registration is only permitted if space exists and prior arrangements made.
• If a workshop is cancelled, you will be contacted and receive a full refund.
• If you need to cancel your registration, notification must be received within five (5) business days prior to the event to receive a full refund.
• There is a $30 service charge for returned checks.

• Please ensure your full name and workshop date(s) are included on check

Out-Of-Town Guests:

Airport:  Closest is the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF)  Rental cars are available at the airport, there are numerous rental car companies to choose from.

Hotels:  You will find a variety of rates and hotel brands, so we recommend using a website like hotels.com and search by closest to the workshop event location. 

Attractions:  While in Western New York, many past attendees have enjoyed visiting local attractions such as Niagara Falls.
